What is the ZGAT and why is it important to review it?
The ZGAT allows commercial establishments to open on Sundays and holidays in certain areas considered of high tourist interest. However, from Cádiz Centro Comercial Abierto we consider it essential that its delimitation and effects are supported by updated data that reflect the current reality of the center of Cádiz.
Therefore, we request that an objective technical report be prepared to clearly assess the impact of the ZGAT on the commercial fabric of the historic center. This review is key to improving the planning, opening hours and sustainability of local commerce.
We remain committed to a lively, efficient and attractive center.
