The purpose of Club Cádiz Centro is to reward you for your purchases in Cádiz Centro Comercial.

2. The Club Cádiz Centro APP has a double benefit for you:

On the one hand, it gives you points for the amount of the purchases made in the establishments that are part of Cádiz Centro Comercial. These points will entitle you to obtain different gifts that can be exchanged at the headquarters, Plaza San Martín s/n.

* Gifts will be redeemable until end of stock and there will be 3 working days to request them once they have been requested (weekends and holidays will not be counted).

On the other hand, you will be able to enjoy discounts, promotions and exclusive offers from the different establishments in all the sectors that make up our Open Mall.

3. The Program is intended for natural persons (individuals), excluding the participation of legal entities (companies).

4. How can you become a member of our club? Very easy! You must fill in the registration form and accept the "general conditions and privacy policy" and you will automatically receive a welcome email giving you the access codes to enter your profile and that's it!

5. A valid individual e-mail address is required to join the Program. The same e-mail address will not be accepted for use by more than one member.

6. Being a member of our club is personal and non-transferable. The rights derived from participation in the PPP are of a very personal nature and, consequently, may not be negotiated or transferred under any circumstances to third parties.

7. In order for the stores to know that you are a member of the Cádiz Centro Club, you only have to give your cell phone number so that they can access your customer profile. In this way, they will be able to offer you the discount / promotion / gift of the establishment and add the points to your purchase.

8. Rules of the Cádiz Centro Club:
o A.- The conditions of the Club are exclusive and personal.
o B.- To enjoy the benefits it is essential to register as a member of the club.
o C.- The holder will be entitled to choose the gift according to the accumulated points.
o D.- The offers of the establishments are unique and independent. The offers of the establishments are unique and independent, not being cumulative with other offers.
o E.- The gifts are subject to availability.
o F.- Once the gift is requested through the APP there are 3 working days for collection.
o G.-. If the collection time for a specific gift expires, the points and the gift will be automatically lost.
o H.- If you are an employee, owner or manager of a commercial establishment adhered to the CLUB and you buy in it you will NOT be able to accumulate those points, it is strictly prohibited.
o I.- The owner of the Club (Cádiz Centro Comercial) reserves the right to expel any user who does not comply with the rules established therein.
o J.- In case of observing that the points established for a certain client have been introduced INCORRECTLY, the owner (Cádiz Centro Comercial) may automatically correct them, informing the client in question.
o K.- In case the commercial establishment cannot introduce the points to the client, the client may go with the ticket to the CCA facilities during the established hours so that the points may be accumulated, provided that no more than one month has elapsed since the purchase was made.
o L.- No more than two tickets may be accumulated per day from the same establishment, in case this happens, the tickets of greater value will be entered.
o M.- Once the gift is requested through the App it is already available for collection, there is no need to wait for any type of notification.
o N.- When the gift is not available and it is requested a push message of unavailability appears and the points are not subtracted, it must be taken into account that the message appears and disappears.
