The Liba bar has always been a meeting place. It has witnessed the evolution of Cadiz and its people and has been offering its services to the city of Cadiz for eight decades. Its founder, ''Jose Maria Lopez Ruiz'', opened the doors of this business in 1938 and now remains a must stop. If anything stands out about this establishment is the good atmosphere and the friendly treatment given to customers along with its wonderful coffee.
