La Malquerida in Cádiz is a Mexican restaurant that wants to break with stereotypes and showcase the richness of Mexican culinary art.
Our authentic and varied menu includes dishes from different regions of Mexico, explaining their origin and characteristics, along with a cocktail menu worthy of a try with margaritas made like in Mexico in their respective cocktail shaker with ice, lemon, agave syrup and high-quality tequila with flavors like passion fruit, strawberry, coconut and mango, not forgetting the classics such as the expreso martini and the famous negroni, replacing the gin with Mezcal giving this famous cocktail that Mexican touch and what to say about the famous Micheladas with a Mexican beer.
In Malquerida, we highlight the diversity of ingredients and techniques of Mexican cuisine, avoiding clichés such as hats and maracas, opting for a decoration that reflects the true Mexican culture, using authentic Mexican ingredients and also using fresh local products, to guarantee the quality and authenticity of the flavors.
The events that will take place during the year include cooking workshops, tequila and mezcal tastings, and pairing events with collaborations with high-level chefs in the field of Mexican cuisine.
